3. Educational and Wellness Disclaimer
EBDT Institute provides education, training, and information intended to support understanding, personal development, and practitioner learning.
Content may explore relationships among physical, emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual, and behavioral experiences.
Our educational content and services are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, mental health care, or other licensed healthcare services.
EBDT™ and related frameworks should not be interpreted as guaranteed methods for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing medical or psychological conditions.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Participants should consult appropriately qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, medications, treatment decisions, and other health-related concerns.
Participation in Institute activities does not establish a physician-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare relationship with EBDT Institute.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes a participant to practice a regulated profession without the licenses or qualifications required by applicable law.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
Our public educational services and memberships are primarily intended for adults age 18 or older.
Certain activities or features may have additional eligibility requirements.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except where responsibility is otherwise allocated by applicable law.
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts are intended for individual use unless we expressly authorize another arrangement.
You may not share account credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access restricted educational content.
5. Memberships and Access Levels
EBDT Institute may offer different membership and educational access levels, including Free Community, Healers Circle, Training, Certification, and Alumni participation.
Each level provides access to designated features, resources, events, and community spaces.
Access may depend on enrollment status, payment status, eligibility, program completion, or other applicable requirements.
Participation in one membership level does not automatically provide access to every Institute program or service.
Specific membership benefits, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and access conditions will be described in the applicable enrollment or purchase materials.
We may modify membership features prospectively, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.
6. Training and Certification Programs
EBDT Institute offers educational pathways designed to develop understanding and practical application of EBDT™ principles and techniques.
Enrollment in practitioner training does not automatically confer certification.
Practitioner certification may require additional coursework, assessments, practice experiences, case requirements, demonstrated competencies, or other criteria established by the Institute.
Specific requirements will be described in the applicable program materials and agreements.
Certification, where awarded, represents completion of EBDT Institute's requirements. It does not constitute a government-issued professional license or authorization to perform activities regulated by law.
Certified practitioners remain responsible for complying with applicable professional, licensing, advertising, privacy, and scope-of-practice requirements.
The Institute may establish and enforce reasonable standards concerning the use of its certification designations and professional materials.
Additional terms may apply to certification status, renewal, ongoing access, and use of Institute credentials.
7. Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions
Some Institute services are free, while others require payment.
Paid services may include memberships, training, certification, events, subscriptions, and other educational offerings.
Applicable prices, payment schedules, recurring billing terms, and material purchase conditions will be disclosed during enrollment or checkout.
When you authorize recurring payments, you agree to the specific payment terms presented and accepted at the time of purchase.
Material changes to payment obligations will be handled according to applicable law and the governing agreement, including obtaining additional authorization where required.
Refunds, cancellations, payment-plan changes, failed-payment procedures, and program transitions are governed by the applicable purchase terms or program agreements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing one service does not guarantee lifetime access to all Institute services or future offerings.
We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions securely.

Participants agree to:

Participants are expected to engage constructively and respect those differences.
We may moderate content, remove inappropriate material, restrict participation, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law.
9. Personal Experiences and Sensitive Discussions
Educational activities and community conversations may involve personal history, emotional experiences, wellness concerns, or sensitive topics.
Participation in personal sharing is voluntary unless a particular educational activity expressly states otherwise.
Participants are encouraged to use discretion when deciding what to share.
Although we expect members to respect confidentiality, EBDT Institute cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain the confidentiality of information voluntarily disclosed in group environments.
Participants should avoid sharing identifying information about clients, family members, or other individuals without appropriate consent.
10. Practitioner Responsibilities and Scope of Practice

- Following applicable privacy and professional requirements.
- Recognizing situations requiring referral to licensed healthcare professionals.

You retain ownership of original content you create, subject to rights belonging to others.
By submitting content, you grant EBDT Institute a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the services, provide educational functionality, and administer your participation.

We will obtain additional consent where required for uses beyond ordinary educational delivery.
Participants may not independently record, distribute, or publish private Institute sessions without appropriate authorization.
